Players can use the ICRC publish official ingame reports about situations in or outside their nation.

These reports can be on any issue the ICRC is concerned with and may carry results/effects with them. They can also be useful for ingame discussions.

Players must submit an application alongside any ingame our outgame links and research they find relevant.
