Players may apply to submit cases to the ICC and to apply for the ICC to issue warrants.

Once the ICC approves of a case or warrant a mod will open a thread for a hearing or to monitor the progress of the warrant and its results. This thread may be given a timescale (i.e. case closes Dec 2011, only if it is a case).

Players must submit their nations arguments within this timescale. Moderators will then decide upon the ICC ruling and its decision. Effects will be posted and submitted to players in their national forums and a news article posted.

Only members of the ICC may use it.
